My Great Niece turned 2 and she LOVES the movie Tangled. So they asked me to make her and Tangled themed cake. The party was outside in July so I was afraid if I built a 3-D cake it wouldn’t hold up in the heat. So, She got this. I think it turned out really cute. It was an Oreo cake with Specialty Icing.

80 years young
My wonderful Dad turned 80 this month. You would never guess he is 80. He looks more like at least 10 years younger than he is. He doesn’t act his age either. He can build and/or fix just about anything. So I decided a toolbox cake would be very appropriate for the big celebration we had for him.
Pony Castle
We asked our oldest daughter what kind of party she wanted for her 5th birthday. She said she wanted a Pony party. Then when asked about the cake she wanted a pony castle and she wanted it to be purple and pink with flowers. So here is the end result. You can’t really see them in the pictures, but there are pink flowers on the round layer and on each on the towers.
Giant Cupcake
This was for a friend’s Mom’s birthday. It is a giant cupcake with little cupcakes around it. Turned out very cute.
Macbook
A friend from work’s husband was graduating with a degree in computers and ask me to make a macbook cake for his graduation party. I think it turned out really well.
Recital Time
These were cupcakes I did for my beautiful wife’s recital for her piano Students. They were very cute and very colorful.
